Shipping & returns
Shipping
- We ship from the United States. Most orders leave within 2–5 business days.
- Standard shipping is $8. It is free on orders of $75 or more.
- Boxes are plain. No boutique name on the outside, no tissue that announces the contents.
- We currently ship to the US and Canada at checkout.
Returns
Unworn pieces with original tags may come back within 14 days of delivery. Intimate apparel is made to sit against the skin — we cannot restock a piece that has been worn, washed, or returned without tags.
- Email hello@dreamintima.com for a return slip before you post it.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless the piece is defective or we sent the wrong size.
- Refunds go back to the original Stripe payment once we inspect the return.
Fit first
Measure before you buy. The Fit Guide covers band, cup, and what to do between sizes. If you are unsure, write us the measurements — we would rather send the right piece once.
